Mustang Bass Template Set

Very happy with this template. The half inch MDF makes the templates easy to use, and they seem to be pretty hardy. Also, I was just going to buy a pickguard, but with that template included I gave it a whirl. The second one turned out quite nice, and I learned about working with the multi-layer material. I was also able to copy the original headstock from a photo for even more authenticity. Most importantly, the resulting instrument is fun to play, and a paint job from a friend helps it look good too. Thanks, Mike, for the great templates.

The template was perfect and I love the 1/2" rather than 1/4" like other templates I've had. Definitely getting the rest of my templates from Potvin

Best quality for the money templates I've found so far. This one is no different. NOTE: I bought this to do a short scale bass project. I didn't do a lot of research on the Mustang pickups - harder to find online than I expected and very few options. Might want to ask Mike to make a mashup of the Mustang with P/J pickup options. Would allow more design flexibility. My fault, not Mike's. This template is true to design.
