Floyd Rose Recessed Routing Template
Most Floyd Rose bridge templates are generously over-sized which results in a large un-attractive gap. This template set has a tighter recess perimeter and leaves more wood around the Floyd posts; a much better design and a cleaner look. The set comes with full instructions and will accommodate Original Floyd Rose 6 string trems as well as Gotoh and Schaller.
3/4" MDF with engraved center lines and reference markings.

Floyd Rose Template
All of Potvinguitars templates are great. They are solid 1/2 inch thick and very precise. I will gladly be back for more products as my needs arise. These are great. I would highly recommend them. Their customer service is outstanding.

One of the best FR Recess templates out there
This set does a great job keeping the amount of wood you remove around critical points like the pivot posts at a minimum. The instructions are detailed in all the right ways, with helpful pictures to follow along with. The end result in the body looks great as well.

A fantastic help!
Of all routing needs when building a guitar, the floyd rose trem seemed the most daunting to me, but this really made it come out perfectly!

I'm still old school, so the only thing I would have liked to have would be printed instructions, rather than online. Besides that, the template is perfect.

Floyd Rose Template
Right away was impressed with the quality and attention to detail. The center lines are as close to perfect as I could ask for and everything lines up with the other templates I'm using ('62 S-style template set). The templates are heavy-duty and CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. They are cut flawlessly. Tolerances are spot on! Good to know that they will last a long time as well. (Side note: was a little unsure about having to pay for FedEx Ground delivery but my templates arrived WITHOUT any damage whatsoever. Packaged well to ensure no damage during delivery.)
