Description

Fret Scale Templates

Cut accurate fret slots either by hand or with your table saw.  Each Fret Scale Template includes two different scales with 24 frets.  The slots accommodate a 1/16" indexing pin (not included).  A standard 1/16" drill bit works perfectly! These 1/4" thick acrylic scales are 2-31/32" (75.5mm) wide. Ask about custom scale lengths.

    Both templates are amazing! I love how thick and durable they are also. I have a fret slotting miter box from Elmer Guitar, which is supposed to be made to the same sizes as the stewmac one. It fits perfectly with the indexing pin! Im glad I took the risk! If anyone has a fret miter box from Elmer no need to worry about the fit!

    Fret scale baritone lengths

    Very high quality and was nice to find a baritone scale length that is 27" and 26.5". Best overall scale lengths for 7 string guitar builders. Also will fit the Stewmac miter box for fret slotting.
