Description

The adjustable Headstock Angle Jig makes cutting accurate angles on neck blanks a snap.  Fence adjusts from 10 to 17 degrees in 1 degree increments.  Simply loosen all three star knobs, align the center knob with the desired angle and re-tighten all knobs.  Available with optional Toggle Clamps or use your own quick grip or C-clamps.

NOTES:

  • Due to the wide variety of table saw slot designs, a runner is NOT included with the jig.
  • Jig comes fully assembled except for the handle which is included, but must be installed directly above runner.
  • A coat of sealer is recommended, as well as an occasional application of paste wax to the bottom of the jig so it slides smoothly.

    Sealed it, Fitted it up with a Rockler miter bar, and squared it against tablesaw blade. Works great. Works best with a 12" blade.

    I just completed my first scarf joint with this jig. It's very well made and is a much better option compared to my quickly assembled homemade jig. Another nice feature is the adjustable angle which now easily gives me options.
